Welcome to Walk North!

As the title suggests, this is a page of walks. MOST of which are in the North Of England, done by me..

I am mostly interested in Coastal walking, and walking Disused Railway lines, but will be equally happy scrambling up hills & moors too!

Locations you can expect will be - Whitby, Flamborough, Bridlington - infact, anywhere on the North Sea Coastline from Spurn head to Berwick.
Disused railway walks could be anywhere, but around the Pontefract & Castlefor area of West Yorkshire, Scarborough/Robin Hoods Bay/Whitby, with walks around Ilkley Moor, Hebden Bridge and such like thrown in for good measure - if it's in Northern England then it could feature!

On this page you will find route directions, maps, pictures etc of all the walks I do..please feel free to print any out that you fancy trying for yourself.

All of the walks are now GPS tracked using the endomondo app for Android or Blackberry.
